INTRODUCTION
Adithya Raamanaathan has completed a law degree in India and currently holds a masters degree in International Business Law at King’s College London with a keen interest in International Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Company Law, and litigation. He also holds the credit for receiving the award for “Best Student” in the LLM program in the International Business Law pathway.
He has extensive experience in advising clients on Indian Company Law and is currently assisting the firm in the corporate and dispute resolution practice.
