Jasmine is currently an Administrative Assistant in our popular apprenticeship program, specifically designed for individuals who study and work at the same time. With her prior experience in customer care and service roles, she has developed great skills in assisting our diverse range of clients. Additionally, her expertise in administration has enabled the firm to operate more efficiently and effectively, with a strong focus on prioritising client calls and queries and responding to them promptly. She ably assists with streamlining various administration tasks at the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Jasmine holds a diverse educational background, with a Diploma in Criminology, a Diploma in Food Science, and a BTEC Level 3 National Extended certificate in Sport, all completed at Queensmead School Sixth Form. Committed to developing her skills and engaging in work that reflects her interests, Jasmine earned her Swim England Level 1 & 2 teaching qualifications from St Helens Private School at just 16, enabling her to work part-time as a swim instructor during her studies.
PERSONAL INTERESTS
Jasmine has a strong passion for swimming, a pursuit that inspired her to become a certified swim teacher early in her career. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, and exploring new places. Jasmine also loves shopping outings with loved ones and spending time with her dog, often taking him for walks around the scenic lake near her home.
